DELIVERY POLICY

We do hand to hand deliveries as our balloon bouquets and diaper cakes are of fragile nature. You can also pick up with prior arrangement during business hours. For large event decors, we need at least 15 business days booking to make sure we have adequate supplies for the event.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, cheques addressed to Twanaz World and etransfers/ email transfers to nnkomo@twanazworld.com.
